10 Guidelines for Having Healthy Hair

1. Do you have damaged hair? Use shampoo and conditioner with the best quality. Choose hair care products specifically for the dry and damaged hair type.

2. Try not to wash your hair every day. Washing hair  every day will only reduce the production of natural oils on the hair that helps to protect and keep it healthy. Therefore wash your hair every 2 or 3 days so that the humidity up naturally.

3.       Use products like proteinizer and reconstructor for you with a very dry hair. Proteinizer serves to strengthen the hair while reconstructor will work at the molecular level to replace what your hair needs.

4.       Use styling products that have additional shine Enhancers such as silicon. This product will make your hair shine and protect each strand of hair that could be damaged by heat exposure from hairdresser tool like hairdryer or flat iron.

5. Rest your hair from hair stylist tools that emit heat exposure. Try not to use hair stylist tools such as hair dryer, flat iron and hot rollers, too often. If it is possible, let your hair dry by itself in nature or blow it to make hair blow drying process faster. Try to use a flat iron or hot rollers every 2 or 3 times a day.

6.       Every time you finish your hair, do not forget to use hair spray product that serves to make the hair look shiny and not dull. You only need to spray 2-3 times and this product will last in your hair.

7.  Doing hair trim is a must. Anything your hair care products says, no one can fix the hair tip branching , unless trim. If the hair is left branching without cutting it will damage your hair further. Visit your hair stylish 4-6 weeks to trim the hair, so it wont easy to fork and minimize hair damage.

8. Do not want to change hair color, but want to keep hair looking shiny? It’s easy, do toning treatment. This hair protector color will make your hair look more shiny and soft, without changing the natural color of your hair.

9. If your hair still looks dry and dull, try to do semi-permanent hair coloring. This type of hair dye contains no ammonia and will not damage your hair. It also can make hair look shiny and feel soft. Ask your hair stylish hair to apply.

10.  Take  care of your hair. Avoid doing treatmen that have chemical process repeatedly, such as hair coloring  and perming. This action is very risky to cause hair damage. As much as possible keep hair from direct exposure to sunlight or chlorine in the pool. And do not use hair accessories such as rubber and bandanna too tight.
