The old man say, the hair that combed 100 times will result in healthy and shiny hair. They also said, hair that used to trim and cut frequently, will make your hair long faster. Still believe the myth? Read on to find out whether the myth is true or not!

Myth 1. Often trim, long hair faster. You may often hear this, either from parents or even your friends. However the fact is: Hair grows half an inch every month. This has nothing to do with the trim.  Nevertheless, for sure, trim would help the hair to remove the tip of broken hair and make your hair look better.

Myth 2. Stress makes hair fall out. It must often heard your colleagues say: “You must be stress”, when seeing some of your hair fall out. Is it Really like that?
