The thinning shampoo and conditioner works great and i noticed my hair getting thicker after the first application. the hair tonic spray also help give my hair additional thickness after i sprayed it on and gave it a sheen like a leave on conditioner. The capsules help give your hair the nutrition and to keep the follicle healthy. I naturally have itchy scalp and the spray for itchy scalped helped soothed my head.
