B’s Hair Journey

You can see how much her hair has grown in the last 3 1 years since we adopted her and how much I have improved in caring for and styling her hair. I admit I was pretty clueless in the beginning, but I have learned a lot, and I hope that my girls always love their hair and know how beautiful they are! I haven’t taken pictures of EVERY hairstyle we ever did, this is just a sample. 8 Months ago we decided to put braidlocs in B’s hair. She has really enjoyed having them and the versatility they allow her. They are very easy to care for, we just tighten them with the latch hook method about every 6 weeks. In the pictures you can see her parts really well because they were JUST tightened and they are a bit damp. After a few days, the parts aren’t so obvious.
